Today we ventured to the Riverwalk in downtown Tampa. It’s so scenic with the water and rows of palm trees everywhere. After walking and admiring the scenery, we worked up an appetite and tried a Tampa favorite called Daily Eats. It’s a cute old school themed diner in South Tampa that’s known for it’s “captain crunch French toast”. That’s right….they dip the French toast in captain crunch cereal before it’s cooked on the griddle and needless to say, it’s some of the best French toast I’ve ever had. It’s a sinful dessert masked as a breakfast item. Honestly, I would highly recommend this neighborhood eatery!
